We expect you to:
- Have previous experience in retail and daily operations.
- Have experience in leading and motivating others.
- Have an extra eye for planning and structure.
- Have strong skills in key performance indicators, reporting, and budgeting.
- Have good IT skills, especially in Excel.
- Be results-oriented, business-driven, and service-minded.
- Be clear and collaborative in your communication and leadership style.
- Have basic knowledge of English.
With us, you will be responsible for:
- The overall results and key performance indicators of the store.
- Ensuring the store's appearance follows our Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- An optimal product range based on new arrivals, seasons, and target groups.
- The daily management of the store's staff.
- Staffing planning, recruitment, and employee development.

About the position
The position is for the store on Drottninggatan and is a 12-month contract.
After the contract, you will have the opportunity to continue as a Store Manager within the Stockholm area.
The position is full-time with start date to be agreed upon.
