We expect you to:

• Have previous experience in retail and daily operations.
• Have experience in leading and motivating others.
• Have an extra eye for planning and structure.
• Have strong skills in key performance indicators, reporting, and budgeting.
• Have good IT skills, especially in Excel.
• Be results-oriented, business-driven, and service-minded.
• Be clear and collaborative in your communication and leadership style.
• Have basic knowledge of English.

With us, you will be responsible for:

• The overall results and key performance indicators of the store.
• Ensuring the store's appearance follows our Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• An optimal product range based on new arrivals, seasons, and target groups.
• The daily management of the store's staff.
• Staffing planning, recruitment, and employee development.

About the position

The position is for the store on Drottninggatan and is a 12-month contract.

After the contract, you will have the opportunity to continue as a Store Manager within the Stockholm area.

The position is full-time with start date to be agreed upon.
