JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to help make everyday life better for others? We are now looking for a dedicated and caring support assistant for our residence.

Job Responsibilities:

As a support assistant, you will primarily work to create security and support the user in their daily activities (ADL). You will be an important part of the work to promote independence and participation for users in their daily lives. Through communication, planning, and coordination, you will work to achieve the user's goals in close collaboration with other professionals. Work is based on respect for the user's self-determination and integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS

Relevant education, e.g. health and care program or child and leisure program with a focus on social or educational work.

Experience from similar work, especially in personal care and LSS operations, is an advantage.

You should have a good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as well as good computer skills.

We are looking for someone who is calm, stable, and enjoys handling complex situations. You should be able to work independently but also find it easy to collaborate in a team.

Experience working with people within LSS is an advantage.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability and are looking for someone who has a low-arousal approach and good collaboration skills. You should be flexible, responsible, and have an empathetic ability to understand and support individuals with different needs.

We work with systems such as Lifecare, Alfa e-care, and Signit, and it is an advantage if you have experience with these, but we also offer training on the systems we use.
