Key Account Manager – Commercial Properties

About the Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing customer relationships, and creating profitable business within the commercial property segment, such as offices, retail spaces, and service properties. You will proactively work with both existing customers and new business opportunities, leading the entire sales process from the first contact to signed agreements.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs and present value-creating property solutions
  • Drive sales dialogues and negotiate agreements
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction in close collaboration with internal teams
  • Contribute to the company's expansion through active prospecting
  • Travel within the region is required, company car included

Who Are You?
You are business-driven, curious, and thrive in a role where you can combine relationship-building with strategic sales work. You have experience in B2B sales, preferably in the real estate, service, or office sectors, or have otherwise developed a good understanding of customer needs.
