In their continued efforts, they are now looking for a driven, logical, and solution-oriented Account Manager with a focus on the hotel sector.
About the role
Based in Gothenburg, currently at the office in Utby, but with a planned move to a new laundry facility in Kungälv in 2026, you will have overall responsibility for driving sales and customer satisfaction in your district, which extends from Strömstad to Halmstad. The role means you will be an important part of Textilia's journey towards establishing in Kungälv and developing the business there.
Your mission will be to proactively develop new and existing customer relationships within hotels and thereby contribute to Textilia's continued growth. You will lead the entire sales process, from the first contact to follow-up, and develop tailored solutions within textile services, concept development, laundry, and distribution. You will negotiate contracts and ensure a high and consistent level of service.
The role involves close collaboration with sales and service teams in both Sweden and Denmark. Travel within the region is expected, and a company car is included.
Who are you?
Textilia is looking for someone who loves meeting customers and is passionate about creating value all the way to the guest experience. You likely have experience from the hotel or restaurant industry and understand the needs and challenges of the sector. If you do not have experience, you need to have a genuine interest in the area and have built up knowledge on your own.

- Have solid experience and a good understanding of the dynamics of the HoReCa sector
- Have extensive experience in B2B sales
- Are driven, curious, and solution-oriented
- Have a natural business sense and the ability to create long-term relationships
- Enjoy working independently but appreciate being part of an engaged team
- Possess logical reasoning skills and process awareness

Additional information
- Employment type: 12-month fixed-term employment with the intention to transition to permanent (the employment type follows Textilia's collective agreement)
- Location: Gothenburg
- Fixed salary + commission
- Company car included, and collective agreement applies
