We are looking for a service-oriented and dedicated customer service representative who wants to work part-time with one of our clients in Gothenburg. This position is suitable for you who are studying, working part-time, or want a flexible side job with a focus on communication and customer contact.

As a customer service representative, you will be an important part of the customer experience. You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure that each customer receives prompt and professional service.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with orders, accounts, and subscriptions
• Register and follow up on cases in the customer system
• Contribute to a positive customer experience and good communication

Who we are looking for:

You are social, patient, and enjoy helping others. You have good computer skills, work in a structured manner, and express yourself well in Swedish or English – preferably both.

Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not a requirement, as you will receive training upon starting.

Scope: On-demand employment, flexible working hours (day, evening, or weekend)

Start: Immediately or by agreement
