Customer Service Representative

About the Role

As a customer service representative, you are an important point of contact for our tenants. You will answer questions and handle inquiries via My Pages, phone, email, chat, and in-person visits. You will guide customers with housing issues, order repairs, and ensure feedback. The role also includes administrative tasks such as key management, information distribution, and support during move-ins and move-outs. You will be part of a team that works to create a positive customer experience and contribute to the development of our service.

Main Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming questions and inquiries in a timely manner
• Order actions and keep the customer updated
• Manage keys and permissions during move-ins and move-outs
• Administer information distribution and month-end routines
• Mail handling, record-keeping, and basic invoice checks
• Actively contribute to the development and improvement of customer service

Qualifications

• Completed high school education
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in customer service and administration
• Driver's license (B)
• Multilingualism and experience in the real estate industry are advantageous

AB Eidar Trollhättans Bostadsbolag is owned by Trollhättan Municipality and is the city's public housing company and an important part of the city's development. We currently own and manage approximately 5200 apartments, including student housing, as well as about 200 premises for commercial and public activities.
