MeetLab is a fast-growing recruitment and staffing company specializing in professional appointment setters for businesses across Europe.

We collaborate with ambitious companies in various industries — SaaS, HR, marketing, telecom, public procurement, finance, etc. — to help them grow through qualified B2B meetings.

Due to increased demand, we are now looking for driven appointment setters who are communicative, self-motivated, and inspired by creating business opportunities.

Responsibilities

As an appointment setter at MeetLab, you play a central role in our clients' sales. Your tasks include:

• Making outbound calls to decision-makers at small and medium-sized enterprises
• Booking qualified meetings for the sales teams you work with
• Understanding clients' needs and matching them with our offerings
• Working with modern tools: CRM, dialer, dashboards, etc.
• Following structured work methods and meeting clear goals
• Delivering professional calls that spark interest and build trust

• Have an interest in sales/appointment setting (experience is a plus but not required)
• Are communicative and can build trust quickly
• Are motivated by goals and clear results
• Are self-driven and enjoy responsibility
• Have a positive attitude even on tougher days
• Master one or more European languages, e.g.: English, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Greek, Turkish, etc.
