Do you like technology, are you curious, and do you thrive when you can be in the middle of the operations? Then the role of Insite at Rubix may be right for you. This is a practical and relationship-oriented role where you work closely with the customer while representing Rubix on-site.

YOUR DAILY LIFEAs an Insite, you are stationed at an industrial customer. Your role is to be the point of contact for the customer, build strong relationships, identify improvement opportunities, and drive cost efficiencies. The role is varied – some days you work structured at the computer, while other days you are out in production meeting technicians and other functions.

You work both strategically and operationally, with everything from purchasing to reporting and project management. An important part of the job is the relationships – building trust, understanding the customer's needs, and ensuring that things happen.

In short: you are Rubix on-site with the customer.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting the customer's operations with orders and technical solutions

• Building and developing relationships with key personnel

• Identifying and driving cost savings

• Delivering on set KPIs and producing internal reports

• Maintaining ongoing contact with customer technicians in case of urgent needs

WHO ARE YOU?You are someone who likes to understand how things work and is not afraid to delve into new areas. Perhaps you have a technical education, or you have gained experience through work in production, industry, logistics, or project management.

You are curious, social, and enjoy having a lot of contact with other people. You are also self-driven, structured, and have a solution-oriented approach. When you encounter something you don't know, you find out.

We would like you to have:

• Experience from industrial or operational environments

• Good leadership skills

• Fluent communication in Swedish and English

• Ability to plan and prioritize easily

• Confidence in taking initiatives and managing periods of high tempo

It is a plus if you have:

• Experience with maintenance or consumable products in the industry

• Worked with improvement initiatives

• Knowledge of the ERP system Axapta
