About the Position
We are looking for a Finnish-speaking customer service representative for a call center in Gothenburg. Are you service-oriented, communicative, and ready to take the next step in your career? Then this is the role for you!
Responsibilities
- Provide professional service and support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Handle and manage customer inquiries
- Contribute to a positive customer experience by solving problems and answering questions
Your Profile
