About the role

In this role, you will support the business in matters related to international relocations and global assignments. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth end-to-end process for employees working across borders, in close collaboration with internal functions and external providers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and administering international assignments, including compensation, benefits, and cost calculations
  • Interpreting and presenting terms, policies, and guidelines to relevant parties
  • Ongoing dialogue and coordination with internal stakeholders such as HR, managers, and Finance
  • Collaboration with external providers in areas such as relocation, immigration, tax, insurance, and payroll
  • Identifying risks related to tax and compliance in collaboration with specialists
  • Ensuring clear communication and expectation management throughout the process
  • Contributing to the improvement and efficiency of processes and working methods

The role may also involve supporting senior HRBPs in more business-oriented HR matters related to international assignments.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, you thrive in a fast-paced and international environment where collaboration and coordination are crucial. You are structured, solution-oriented, and have a strong service and customer focus. You are confident in your communication and can handle complex and sometimes sensitive issues with professionalism and integrity.

You have the ability to work independently with general support, while also being a team player who builds strong relationships at various levels and across different cultures.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in HR, economics, business administration, or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience, for example in Global Mobility, HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, or similar role
  • Good knowledge of processes related to international assignments (e.g., tax, compensation, relocation, immigration, payroll, compliance)
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly and pedagogically
  • Strong collaboration and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently in a changing work environment
