Accounting Economist Needed for Temporary Position in Gothenburg

We are currently looking for an accounting economist for a temporary position of approximately 8–9 months at a company located in central Gothenburg. The position offers a broad and developing role, starting preferably in early January.

Our client is an established and well-respected company with offices in central Gothenburg. Here, a pleasant working environment is offered with close collaboration between colleagues and short decision-making paths. The company is in a stable phase and is now seeking an accounting economist for a temporary position.

Your Responsibilities

In the role of accounting economist, you will have a broad and varied position where you are responsible for the company's ongoing accounting. Your tasks will include:

• Ongoing accounting
• Monthly closing
• Accounts receivable and payable
• VAT reporting
• Reporting to the Tax Agency
• Other accounting work as needed

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with previous experience as an accounting economist who enjoys a broad role with personal responsibility. You are meticulous, structured, and have a good understanding of accounting processes.

• Experience with similar tasks
• Experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing is a requirement
