We are looking for a new employee to join our wonderful team.

At Partille Customer Center, you always work with the customer in focus. You support the residents of Partille, businesses, and others in their contact with the municipality and, after the startup, also those looking for Partillebo. You will work closely with others in a team to deliver the best possible service.

You will be the face of the municipality and, through meetings, phone calls, and digital channels, answer questions and convey information correctly in contact with the municipality. The mission of the customer center is to increase accessibility to the municipality and to utilize the knowledge gained from meetings with residents.

Qualifications

For this role, we are looking for someone with a post-secondary education. With us, you will meet many customers daily, both through visits and digitally. Therefore, great emphasis is placed on having good communication skills in both spoken and written form, primarily in Swedish but also in English and preferably other languages. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of/experience with the municipality's operations from before.

To succeed in the role, you need to quickly absorb information and convey it in a pedagogical manner. You are used to working digitally and in various systems, are structured, and thrive in an environment where a lot is happening and want to be part of the development. You have social competence and find it easy to build relationships. With your positive attitude, you are a good ambassador for all our operations.
