Lidköpings Biltjänst AB is an established player in car sales, rentals, towing, and workshops. We are an authorized dealer for Peugeot in Lidköping as well as Peugeot and Opel in Vara. In addition to our own brands, we service all car brands and collaborate with Avis car rental and Viking towing in Skaraborg, Trestad area, and on the West Coast.

Your tasks
In the role of service advisor, you will work with booking customers, receiving and handing over cars, handling quote requests and simpler insurance matters, as well as preparing job calculations and price information. You will keep the customer updated throughout the process and clearly explain what actions are needed and why, while also offering our ancillary services when relevant. The role also involves working back-office with internal administration to optimize the handling between customer and workshop. Through your work, the customer receives clear and professional information along the way. It is a role that requires focus, attentiveness, and the ability to create security, even in a fast-paced environment.

The position is full-time, daytime with a start date according to agreement.

 

Your profile

We believe that similar experience from the automotive industry is highly beneficial for success in the role, but above all, it is your personal qualities that weigh the heaviest. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer interaction and building long-term relationships. You thrive in a role where service, pace, and structure meet and have good communication skills. You are solution-oriented, attentive, and proactive. Furthermore, you easily adapt to new situations and have an interest in technology and cars.

Fluent knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, good system skills, and a B driver's license are prerequisites for the position.
