We operate in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway, and the organization currently consists of about 100 employees with the Nordic headquarters in Gothenburg. We continue to develop new projects across all new markets, and here you will become a key person supporting both Swedish and international managers and contributing to creating value for our employees in the Nordics.

About the role
As a P&C Specialist at RES Nordics, you will play a central role in an engaged and values-driven HR team. You will work broadly with a variety of HR processes in close collaboration with the People & Culture Manager Emma Lagerbielke. (https://www.linkedin.com/in/emma-lagerbielke-01b0a226/) In this role, you will also have the opportunity to drive your own areas of responsibility focusing on Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.

Depending on the future colleague's experience, the nature of the position is flexible. You will either work closely with a specific business area or be responsible for certain processes across the Nordic organization.

Responsibilities:

• Support managers and employees in matters related to labor law, workplace environment, and salary mapping.
• Drive onboarding, engagement initiatives, and internal communication.
• Develop and ensure the quality of local HR structures.
• Proactively support international managers in adhering to local agreements and laws.
• Implement global P&C initiatives regionally, update policies in line with legal requirements and our values, and manage ongoing HR administration.

Who you are
We are looking for someone with approximately 4–5 years of experience in operational HR work, preferably from a smaller HR team where you have gained good knowledge and understanding of fundamental HR processes. Experience in Nordic HR work is highly meritorious, especially work related to Denmark, as this will be an important focus area in the role. You have a degree in HR/Human Resources and are confident in your skills. Since we are a small team, we welcome a person who brings new perspectives and ideas, combined with a genuine interest in people. As RES Nordics is an international company, you need to be comfortable communicating in English, both verbally and in writing, as many of our managers and partners are international.
