As a logistics developer, you will be an important part of an engaged and business-oriented team. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in all parts of the company as you collaborate closely with all staff functions and operational departments. You will work in close partnership with the company's customers in their operational and strategic logistics processes and drive customer projects both independently and in close collaboration with competent colleagues.

Your own initiatives are both expected and welcomed, and you will have good opportunities to develop both personally and in your role.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize transport, logistics, and warehousing processes.
  • Be responsible for regular procurement of transport and warehousing services in an international logistics market.
  • The work involves conceptual development of logistics solutions as well as practical implementation and business development.
  • You are an important part of the work to contribute to the company's continued success through the automation of work processes.

We are looking for someone who is self-assured and has a good ability to build and maintain long-term relationships. You are curious and motivated to initiate and drive projects forward. Furthermore, you contribute ideas and new perspectives and have an interest in trying new approaches.

We are looking for someone who:

  • is motivated by solving problems, creating business, and seeing results
  • has an academic education related to logistics/economics and experience in project management and business development, or similar relevant work experience.
  • has good system skills and knowledge in Excel and/or PowerBI
  • Experience in purchasing logistics services is a plus
  • Has a good ability to produce reports, graphs, and other presentation materials in a structured and easily understandable way
  • You are service-minded & solution-oriented with a strong customer focus

About you:

  • Experience in project management and business development is also meritorious.
  • We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and analytical, preferably an engineer or with an economic background.
  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
