The task of the municipal executive board's administration is to support, provide service, and ensure that laws and regulations are followed within their respective areas of expertise, to our core activities in the municipality. The administration consists of the departments of finance, administration, HR, and the payroll unit.

We handle approximately 52,000 salaries annually and work with payroll, insurance, pensions, and system management. Our team consists of 10 competent and dedicated employees who together drive development forward. Job Description

As a system administrator for Heroma, you will become a key person in our work with digitization and development. You will be responsible for the operation, management, and development of our current system Heroma, as well as analyzing incidents, suggesting solutions, and having dialogue with the system supplier CGI. The role includes driving improvement projects to create efficient and quality-assured workflows within the SML municipalities. You will participate in user forums and interest groups to develop processes and implement new features. The role collaborates closely with IT, HR, and finance and provides qualified support to our payroll specialists. You will also plan and conduct internal training in our operational system Heroma.

We are looking for someone who

  • has a higher vocational education in the payroll area.
  • has experience in system management within Payroll, HR, and scheduling systems.
  • has good experience with payroll processes and understanding of the entire flow.
  • is interested in digital development.
  • has experience from the public sector (meritorious).
  • has experience with the systems Heroma, HR +8, or Visma Personec P (meritorious).
