We are now looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist for a long-term consulting assignment with a larger international organization. You will be part of a smaller, agile HR team and report to the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits.

The assignment is located in Gothenburg with the possibility of hybrid work (approximately 50% remote). Here you will have the opportunity to work both strategically and operationally in a role where you truly make a difference.

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to HR and the business on matters related to Compensation & Benefits. You will work both locally and globally.

Examples of responsibilities:• Drive initiatives related to pay transparency and salary mapping• Develop and manage job architecture and job evaluations• Provide expert support in Compensation & Benefits• Participate in and drive local and global C&B projects• Support daily operational activities such as:– Salary reviews– Bonus programs– Benefits and company cars

• Academic degree in HR, economics, business administration, or equivalent• At least 3 years of documented experience in Compensation & Benefits• Very good knowledge in:– Salary structures– Benefit systems– Job evaluations• Experience with HR systems (HRIS), preferably Workday• Advanced Excel skills• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Experience in international organizations• Familiarity with working on global projects• Strong analytical skills

• Independent and structured• High integrity and accustomed to handling confidential information• Solution-oriented and flexible• Thrives in both strategic and operational roles

• Consulting assignment• You will be employed by us and leased to the client• Start: February 2026• End: December 2026• Scope: Full-time• Location: Gothenburg, hybrid
