On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a Case Officer/Planning Officer for a client in Gothenburg. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start on 2026-03-02 and run until 2027-09-30, with the possibility of an extension of up to 2 years. 

About the assignmentAs a Case Officer, you will handle referrals and cases from authorities, network owners, courts, and other stakeholders. The assignment involves coordinating and responding to referrals within the framework of various legislations such as the Planning and Building Act, Environmental Code, Electricity Act, and Road Act. The referrals concern, for example, road plans, nature reserves, and other area protections, new solar and wind farms, battery storage, and consultations from other network owners regarding their concession applications. The assignment thus involves monitoring interests and ensuring that claims are clearly stated in referral responses, thereby facilitating the agency's expansion and reinvestments in the transmission network and associated facilities/stations.

Other: Start: 2026-03-02End: 2027-09-30Scope: 100 % Location: Gothenburg, with the possibility of 50% remote work. Travel may occur. Employment type: Employed by Devotum as the client does not approve subcontractors in this process.

About you We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements:

• At least 2 years of work experience in urban planning regarding the handling and preparation of cases related to the Planning and Building Act.

• Academic education in urban planning or equivalent education

• Good knowledge of relevant legislation such as; Environmental Code, Electricity Act, Road Act, Planning and Building Act, etc.

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
