Product Masterdata Administrators Wanted

On behalf of our client, we are now looking for three Product Masterdata Administrators for exciting consulting assignments. Due to increased demand and the implementation of new systems, support is needed in the area of master data management. Therefore, we are looking for three resources in master data coordination and administration to manage our client's expansion and integration plan. The assignment starts as soon as possible and runs throughout the year, possibly with an opportunity for extension.

Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the role may be filled before the application deadline.

Your Main Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities include master data coordination and administration – you support projects in connection with new launches and changes to existing products by administering product data in ERP and MDM systems and ensuring correct data for product labeling and specifications used in manufacturing. You ensure accurate and complete product data in all systems and are responsible for specification documents for all products covered by the projects in which the Product Masterdata Administrator is involved.

You have a strong ability to maintain good structure and accuracy in documentation and are skilled at prioritizing and focusing on the most critical tasks at the right time. We see that you are a quick learner and an independent problem solver with good collaboration skills. You have a good ability to see the big picture, but with an eye for detail and a strong drive to ensure complete and accurate product data. Additionally, we expect you to meet the following requirements:

• Experienced user of ERP systems and a general understanding of IT systems
• High competence in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
• Education in information systems science or a combination of technology, logistics, and economics with an IT focus, or equivalent acquired knowledge.
• Previous experience working in ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
