We are currently seeking a Master Data Coordinator with a focus on product information, a role that offers variety and responsibility. As a Master Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and updating master data related to product changes and launches. Your focus will be on ensuring accurate information in the company's ERP and MDM systems, as well as supporting project accuracy and structure.

In summary, your work will involve

• Coordinating and administering product data for new and existing products.
• Supporting projects by updating and validating product information in ERP and MDM systems.
• Ensuring that deadlines and project goals are met.
• Reviewing and quality assuring data for product labeling and specifications used in the manufacturing process.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience in master data administration.
• Has experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO (Finance and Operations).
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Has good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

It is highly meritorious if you have previous experience in similar work within master data and administration, preferably from a production-related role. If you have worked with similar administration in a manufacturing environment, that is also an advantage.

This is a full-time consulting assignment via OIO for immediate start, initially for 6 months with the possibility of extension.
