Your upcoming tasks include:

• Receiving and managing incoming cases via phone, email, and digital channels

• Providing service and guidance to our tenants on housing-related questions

• Registering, following up, and forwarding cases in our systems

• Contributing to a professional, safe, and welcoming customer interaction

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has completed high school education

• Has at least two years of experience in customer service

• Is service-oriented, communicative, and solution-focused

• Has a valid driver's license (B)

You enjoy meeting people and have a professional and trustworthy demeanor. You have a very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English and feel comfortable handling multiple cases simultaneously. The role requires you to be able to work a few days per week on average and be flexible when needed. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not a requirement.

Bostäder i Borås is the city's largest landlord with nearly 100 years of experience as a community builder. With around 7,000 apartments and about 120 employees, we work every day towards a clear vision – to create sustainable and attractive housing for everyone.

Practical information

The employment is an intermittent (on-call) position with hourly pay, where we have an ongoing need for extra help. Your base will be at our headquarters in Viskaholm, right in central Borås, but you will also move around in our residential areas. We cannot guarantee scheduled working hours, but there are good opportunities to work as needed. Working hours are based on our current office hours, with slightly later finishes on Mondays and earlier finishes on Fridays as a basic plan. Occasional evening and weekend shifts may occur.
