We are looking for a procurement officer who, together with others in the purchasing unit, will work to manage Familjebostäder's procurement process, from needs assessment to follow-up. In the role of procurement officer, you will be offered a stimulating and varied job with many contacts both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

In the role of procurement officer, you will work to plan and execute procurements in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (2016:1145) (LOU). The procurement work involves acting as project manager for the execution of the procurement, structuring the work, and distributing tasks. The procurement projects you manage may include both goods, services, and contracts.

You will also support buyers with, and sometimes carry out, renewed competitive tenders and direct procurements.

The role also includes contract management, as well as administrative tasks, such as publishing and managing contracts in our procurement tools.

You will also be involved in developing, documenting, implementing, and updating routines, instructions, and templates related to the procurement process.

We prefer that you have a post-secondary education, for example in economics, procurement, or similar. You have documented work experience in independently managing procurement projects according to LOU and are well-versed in procurement legislation.

Experience in contract procurement and/or procurement of service agreements within the real estate sector, along with associated regulations and general terms (such as AB04, ABT06, ABK09, and AFF) is an advantage.

You demonstrate a high degree of self-leadership and take initiative and responsibility for moving the work forward, whether you are working alone or with others. You are analytical and work in a structured and meticulous manner with a focus on quality and delivery within deadlines. You take the initiative for improvements and development and have the ability to adapt to changes.

Good collaboration skills are essential, and you need to have strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing in Swedish, as well as being supportive and pedagogical in your working style. You will collaborate with individuals with varying abilities and knowledge levels within procurement, so you need to be able to adapt your working style to the prevailing conditions.

Good IT and computer skills are a prerequisite for the job, as well as experience with digital procurement systems.

The work involves both independent work and collaboration with both internal and external parties. To succeed in the role, you need to be able to plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively, especially when you have multiple projects ongoing simultaneously.

As a hired procurement officer, you will belong to the purchasing unit, which is part of the company's finance department. The purchasing unit consists of three regular procurement officers and a purchasing manager.

A consulting assignment starting immediately with a full-time commitment of 100%, expected to last throughout 2026. The client has an office in central Gothenburg with some possibility for remote work.
