Are you an engaged and solution-oriented person looking for a flexible part-time job? We are currently seeking customer service representatives who want to work 1-3 shifts per week, with the possibility of both half-days and full days. In this role, you will be the company's face to the public, providing first-class service via phone, email, and chat. Your days will be filled with varied tasks where you assist customers, solve problems, and ensure they have the best possible experience.

Selection and interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, so please apply as soon as possible, but no later than 2026-02-13.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers.
• Provide professional and friendly support to resolve customer inquiries and inform about offers.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure that each case is managed efficiently and professionally.
• Record and document customer interactions in the system.
• Provide product information and guidance to customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer-related issues.

Working hours vary depending on customer opening hours. Shifts are from Monday to Sunday, during the day and evening. The start of the assignment will be immediate or as agreed, where you will be employed by us at Randstad. Randstad specializes in staffing solutions. Qualifications

Requirements:

• As this is a part-time position, you must be able to certify that you are either studying at least 50% or have another primary occupation (employment with another employer).
• Ability to work full-time during the summer.
• Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
• High school education with passing results.
• Ability to handle demanding situations calmly and professionally.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Good computer skills.

Meritorious:

• Post-secondary education in economics.
• Sales experience (service/store).
• Previous experience in customer service.
