We are now looking for a customer service representative who is passionate about providing first-class service. In this role, you will be the face of the company and work to assist our customers via phone, email, and chat. Your days will be characterized by varied tasks where you handle customer inquiries, solve problems, and ensure that our customers have the best possible experience.

We are looking for someone who is confident in handling demanding situations in a professional manner and who has strong problem-solving skills. You will work both independently and in a team, which requires your ability to collaborate and self-manage. The role also requires you to have a good ability to structure your work and navigate various systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers.
• Provide professional and friendly support to resolve customer inquiries and inform about offers.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure that each case is managed effectively and professionally.
• Register and document customer interactions in the system.
• Provide product information and guidance to customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer-related issues.

Working hours vary depending on customer opening hours. Weekday opening hours may be, for example, 7-17, 8-20, and 5:30-18:15. Weekend work may also occur. The start of the assignment will be immediate/according to agreement, where you will initially be employed by us at Randstad. For the right person, employment with the client may become relevant. Qualifications

Requirements:

• Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
• High school education with passing results.
• Ability to handle demanding situations calmly and professionally.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Good computer skills.

Meritorious:

• Post-secondary education in economics.
• Sales experience (service/store).
• Previous experience in customer service.
