Do you want to work in a winning team in customer service? We are looking for summer temp workers starting in the spring, with the possibility of continuation after the summer.

As a Customer Service Representative at Jula's customer service in Skara, you will meet our Swedish and Norwegian customers daily via phone, email, and chat. You will be part of a large and dedicated team where the everyday life is characterized by collaboration, pace, and a strong culture where we strive to make a difference.

In your role, you will handle inquiries regarding technical product support, e-commerce, product range, and membership questions. Your work will be carried out against set goals and in line with our customer service policy.

What’s in your CV?

You are at least 18 years old, comfortable working with computers, and have excellent skills in Swedish – both spoken and written. Experience in customer service via phone or other service professions is an advantage. If you also have experience or interest in Jula's product range, that's even better!

Good to know

The positions start continuously between mid-March and early May and run until week 33 with varying degrees of employment. There may be opportunities for continuation after the summer. Placement at Jula's headquarters in Skara. Jula has a collective agreement with Unionen for white-collar workers.

Before individual interviews, we will hold an information meeting where you will receive more detailed information about the work and the positions.
