JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Do you want to be part of developing systems for statistical production that form the basis for important decisions in both politics and business? Do you want to grow alongside knowledgeable colleagues and have the opportunity to contribute to important societal projects? With us, you will belong to the IT department in Örebro, with about 140 engaged colleagues, and be responsible for the systems that enable this statistical production. In a world where it is becoming increasingly difficult to know which information to trust, our mission to steer towards the future with the help of facts is more important than ever.
We are now looking for 1-3 software developers for our IT development unit, which works with both maintenance and new development. Here you will be involved in developing and further developing our systems, primarily in .NET and web technologies, but also with other technologies such as SQL. We are looking for someone with experience in these areas who enjoys driving the work forward while sharing their knowledge with others and learning from them.

QUALIFICATIONS
We want you to have:
- A degree in computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent higher education that we assess as equivalent
- Work experience as a software developer
- Work experience with IT tools
- Development in C#.Net
- Development in SQL
- Development for web clients
- A collaboration tool for software development such as Azure DevOps server or Git
Good ability to communicate in spoken and written Swedish
It is a merit if you have:
- Javascript/Typescript
- Development in React or Blazor
- Entity Framework
- Experience with APIs
- WCAG
- Worked with queue management systems such as RabbitMQ
- Development in Python or R
- Development of any AI or ML solution
- Experience working with software development within a larger and complex organization, where collaboration between different roles and functions is a central part.

OTHER
This position is located in the IT/DEV/COMM section in Örebro. Depending on the organization's conditions, there is also the possibility to work some time from home.
The employment is permanent and usually starts with a six-month probationary period. The start date will be agreed upon.
