Helalivet omsorg is a company that runs outreach daily activities and offers housing support.

We are now looking for a support assistant who enjoys varied tasks, working independently, and focusing on internship placements.

Responsibilities and Tasks

As a support assistant in daily activities, you support individuals with intellectual disabilities in their daily occupations. You work to strengthen their self-esteem and independence. The tasks vary according to the participants' wishes and daily condition. The activities are aimed at individuals who want to be out on work placements or otherwise participate and contribute to society. We also have a strong focus on media, video editing, gaming, as well as training and health. You will guide one or more individuals out on internships or within the organization. The work also includes documentation. For this position, we are looking for someone who has a particular focus on internship placements.

A small part of the job includes housing support. As a housing supporter, you work to strengthen the individual's self-esteem and independence, as well as provide safe support at home and in daily life.

The position includes both assignments.

You will be part of a team and have close collaboration with your colleagues.

About You

We prefer that you have experience working with individuals within the target group. You are flexible, creative, and solution-oriented. You have a low-arousal approach and can guide without directing. You enjoy varied tasks and working independently. You have the ability to prioritize and collaborate. You are good at capturing the individuals' wishes.

We apply a 6-month probationary period.

90%, daytime with the possibility to work more.
