We are looking for female personal assistants for a 68-year-old woman living in Solna, who requires assistance around the clock, including awake nights. She is a humorous person who appreciates assistants with a warm personality and a twinkle in their eye. Your commitment and presence mean more than you realize!

Due to breathing difficulties, it can sometimes be exhausting for her to speak, which requires you to be observant, empathetic, and independent. The job involves medical care, including handling oxygen and a ventilator. You need to have a good understanding of breathing and be able to act quickly in case of changes in her condition. Since her energy and physical ability vary, adjustments according to her daily condition are required, along with the ability to read the situation. You need to be observant, empathetic, and able to act quickly in emergencies. A good understanding of Swedish, both spoken and written, is important to use documentation as support.

👉 The position includes a 75% employment rate with fixed scheduled shifts, meaning you have a clear structure and know how you will work each week. In addition, there is also the opportunity to work extra if needed.

• ⏳ Contract: Introductory shifts and about a month of hourly employment before regular employment rate is assigned, provided everything goes well. This gives you a chance to feel secure and well-prepared for your new role.
