In the role of Recruiter, you will drive the entire recruitment process from start to finish. You will work closely with the business and provide operational support in recruitment and employment matters. You will develop job requirements, design advertisements, make selections, conduct interviews, perform reference checks, and manage employment contracts and record-keeping. The role also involves qualified administrative tasks and participation in development work related to recruitment.
You will report directly to the HR manager and become part of an engaged team, with other recruiters, where you will work together to fill positions that make a difference - everything from doctors, lawyers, and social workers to IT specialists and HR personnel. Here, quality and structure are crucial, and you will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise in an environment characterized by professionalism and social benefit.
We are looking for someone who- Has at least 5 years of experience in recruitment from start to finish.
- Has documented experience in recruitment within government agencies (strict requirement).
- Is familiar with competency-based recruitment (CBR) - not just knowledge, but practical experience.
- Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Is structured, meticulous, and used to working independently with complex processes.

About your new workplaceYou will work as a consultant through OIO and be placed at a government agency in central Stockholm. The agency has a high academic level, and the recruitments often involve specialist roles that are of great importance to society.

About the employmentThis is a consulting assignment through OIO with a contract period of 6 months. As a consultant at OIO, you will be offered a fixed monthly salary, paid vacation from day one, and a high wellness allowance.
