About the unit
The Swedish Armed Forces' telecommunications and information systems unit, FMTIS, has the main task of managing the operation and maintenance of command support systems at all levels of readiness, both nationally and internationally. The unit you will belong to is led from Örebro, but the work is located in Stockholm.
Main responsibilities
- Staff the unit's staff expedition (STEX)
- Manage registration and filing
- Distribution of open and classified documents
- Develop routines and processes related to case and task management, IMPEX
- Support the head of the staff expedition
- Signal protection service
- Communication service
- Orderly service

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Approved high school diploma
- Experience working in an administrative function/position
- Good and current knowledge of the Office suite
- Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
- Driver's license B
- No or mild pet allergy with medication
DESIRABLE
- Completed military basic training
- Experience in staff work within the Swedish Armed Forces or another authority
- Experience in leadership and case follow-up
- Experience working in systems VIDAR, SWECCIS, and ISUS
- Experience working in systems BICES and NS WAN
Personal qualities
We are looking for someone who is responsible, structured, and meticulous. Who has the ability to see the whole picture while keeping track of the details. You need to be results-oriented, service-minded, and able to adapt to changing conditions. The work involves handling classified information, which requires a lack of pretentiousness and high personal integrity. You also need to have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing, as well as the ability to work both in teams and independently. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability regarding both competence and previous experiences, as well as how we assess that your personality will function in the intended workgroup.

Employment type: Permanent. The Swedish Armed Forces applies a six-month probationary period for those who are not employed by the authority.
Employment rate: Full-time.
The position is civilian.
Work location: Stockholm. Business trips may occur, as well as work at irregular hours.
Start date and salary according to agreement.
