Do you want to work closely with the business, drive development, and influence the future of BI solutions in an international corporation? We are looking for a Group Business Controller who will play a central role in analyzing, reporting, and developing our processes. Here, you will have the opportunity to combine business focus with technical development and become a key person in our group.
Your Responsibilities
As a Group Business Controller, you will have a broad responsibility for analysis, reporting, and business support at the group level. You will be an important point of contact for the business and work on developing processes and driving improvements within Business Control. The role also involves taking ownership of one or more of Lantmännen's central processes – for example, investment or monthly reporting processes. You will also be central in driving the development of our BI solutions and how we can use AI to improve ourselves. This is done together with others in Group Business Control. We use IBM Planning Analytics. You will also be responsible for one or two of Lantmännen's business areas as customer and analysis responsible. You will be part of a team of Business Controllers and report to Andreas Ulriksson - Director Group Business Control. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business areas, CFO, IT, and other parts of the group to ensure effective processes and create value through analysis and insights. The position is based at our headquarters in Stockholm.
What You Need to Succeed and Thrive
You have:
- A degree in economics or engineering.
- Strong analytical skills and good mathematical knowledge.
- Experience in controlling or accounting – if you come from accounting, you need to have the drive to work more forward-looking.
- Experience with complex controlling, preferably from larger companies with mixed business models and balance sheets.
- An interest in BI tools and preferably curiosity about how AI can be used for automation.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
You are:
- Relationship-building and confident in networking internally.
- Analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
- Independent and take responsibility for your areas of development.
- Collaborative and enjoy teamwork.
- Driven and persistent – you do not give up when it gets complex.
You naturally share our values – Openness, Holistic View, Action Orientation – and our promise to take responsibility from farm to table.
