HR Generalist at Sympati

The position is a permanent full-time employment located in Södermalm, near Mariatorget. A probationary period applies. Selection and interviews will begin at the end of January.

About the Position

As an HR Generalist at Sympati, you will have broad and independent responsibility for driving HR work in an organization with about 150 employees. The role involves building and developing HR processes in close collaboration with management. The focus is on creating structure, quality, and sustainability in HR work while serving as a reliable support in matters related to work environment, labor law, routines, and personnel administration. You will be part of a good working climate with helpful and engaged colleagues, where collaboration and care characterize everyday work.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Create, develop, quality assure, and drive HR processes and routines
• Provide operational HR support to managers in personnel-related issues
• Support managers in work environment efforts, risk assessments, and action plans
• Union collaboration, negotiations, and assist managers in labor law issues
• Competence supply, recruitment, and onboarding of new employees
• Handle administrative HR matters, e.g., employment contracts, policies, and documentation
• Training and competence development
• Contribute to sustainable and long-term HR work that supports the organization's goals

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with an academic background in HR/Human Resources or another relevant education that we consider equivalent. We believe you have a few years of experience in a similar broad HR role, preferably within the care sector. You have good knowledge of labor law and work environment, and familiarity with SoL is an advantage. Your language skills in Swedish are at a high level, both spoken and written.

To succeed in this role, we envision you as attentive, unpretentious, and trustworthy. You have the ability to work independently, plan and prioritize your work, and drive issues forward in a structured manner. At the same time, you are flexible and solution-oriented when the situation requires it. With a clear and pedagogical way of communicating, you easily build good relationships and contribute to a positive and pleasant working climate through your approach.
