About the role of rehabilitation assistant

In the role of rehabilitation assistant, you will primarily collaborate with occupational therapists and physiotherapists in the rehabilitation of inpatients. In our work, we focus on the patient's abilities and resources to achieve the goals of rehabilitation. This may involve;

• ADL training
• Hand training
• Walking and balance training
• Transfer training

We document in the journal system Take care.

About geriatrics

Stockholms Sjukhem offers acute geriatric inpatient care in Bromma and Kungsholmen. Care is provided in multidisciplinary teams in close collaboration between staff, patients, and relatives. Our work is characterized by humility and care, where we share our knowledge.

Are you our rehabilitation assistant this summer?

We are looking for someone studying to become an occupational or physiotherapist who has completed at least semester 4 (by summer). Your personal qualities are important to us. We want you to be communicative, maintain a high level of service, and be humble in your approach to the world. You contribute your competence, experience, and engagement to the organization. The position requires you to master the Swedish language fluently in both speech and writing and have good computer skills.

In the application process, you will indicate whether you prefer placement in Bromma or Kungsholmen.

The position is a summer temporary position during the period of June-August. Full-time 40 hours/week. Flex agreements are available.
