What do we do – and what will you do with us?

We are the IT partner for small and medium-sized businesses and often act as an extended arm of the customer’s IT department. This means you will have a varied and challenging job where you encounter everything from local and virtual servers to Microsoft 365, Azure, backup solutions, and network technologies like VPN, WiFi, firewalls, and VLAN.

You will:

• Have close contact with customers – support, project management, deployment, installation, and maintenance.
• Participate in improvement work and develop customers' IT environments.
• Inspire and guide companies to smart solutions – with a high level of service, a few half-baked jokes, and a smile.

We are heavily investing in cloud-based solutions, especially our packaged service Gibon365 with a focus on security. Here, you will have a workplace in constant development where we together ensure we stay at the forefront.

Who are you?

We believe you:

• Have experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and IT infrastructure.
• Can install, operate, and maintain these environments.
• Have post-secondary education in IT or equivalent work experience.
• Are social, service-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Have a good sense of humor and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Extra points if you have certifications in Microsoft, experience with Active Directory, AzureAD, migrations, Exchange Hybrid, Powershell, or Endpoint Manager.

Requirements:

• Experience in Microsoft environments.
• Driver's license B.
• Swedish and English in speech and writing.
