We are looking for a person with experience in night shifts who has a sense of responsibility and respect for others. It is also important that you are flexible, attentive, and understand that the work is based on the client's needs. You should be structured, practical, and able to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. I would prefer a woman who has a good sense of humor and is honest and straightforward.

I offer a good working environment, but it takes two to tango. :-) No previous experience in personal assistance is required, but experience in service-oriented jobs is considered an asset. You will primarily be my arms and legs. The organizational routines are well-designed and functioning well, so I am looking for a practical person who accepts others' living conditions. My assistants are looking for a person for a night shift that rotates every three weeks. Main tasks include turning, assistance with direction, and ventilation.
