Personal Assistant Wanted

We are now looking for you, who want and can take an important role in our mission. As a personal assistant here, your task will be to make each day rich and safe for our client, who is a nice guy that, despite being an adult, needs support in many parts of his daily life.

There is much that he can manage with the support of his assistants. It is also through assistance that he gets the opportunity to live his life according to his wishes, interests, and needs.

Together with the assistant, everyday tasks are balanced with fun activities such as walks, DV, gym training, music, PlayStation, and various sports events. But also support in less enjoyable tasks such as cleaning, hygiene, and regular household chores.

The client has his own car that the assistants drive, so a B driver's license with a manual gearbox is a must. He also lives in the countryside between Skövde and Tibro in a place called Värsås, and it is most suitable to get there by car.

To manage this work, you need to have a good command of the Swedish language. You need to have your own drive and a genuine desire to make each day valuable. You are positive and secure in yourself.

Role and Experience of the Assistant

We are looking for someone with some experience in care or educational work, but this is not a requirement. Personal qualities weigh heavier. The most important thing is that you and the client click – that the chemistry is right! If you are the right person, there is a fantastic and important job here.

You will be offered a job where your contribution is noticed and appreciated. Introduction and training will initially take place at the workplace, which is also the client's home. You will receive individualized introduction/training in all aspects of the client's assistance needs and routines. It is important that you as an assistant have the right conditions to succeed in your new role.

Meritorious Experience

• Swedish in speech and writing.
• B driver's license is a requirement.
• Experience from work in care/assistance or educational work.

Working Hours/Employment Rate

• 30–36 hours/week
• Nights with on-call duty.
• Extra as needed.
