We are looking for an administrative coordinator for the surgery clinic, responsible for coordinating administrative processes and providing qualified administrative support. Welcome to us!
The Role of Administrative Coordinator
You will be a key person for us at the surgery clinic and work closely with managers and other staff. We can offer you a varied and exciting job where you will be an important administrative support.
The role includes personnel administrative tasks of various kinds, such as:
- Staffing responsible for nursing staff in the wards
- Schedule planning
- Case management in our personnel system Heroma
- Administrative support to our managers in the clinic
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and producing presentations internally and externally
- Booking of travel and training initiatives

Our vision is to provide the best possible surgical care and nursing now and in the future with competent and skilled staff. In Värnamo, we have two inpatient care units with different focuses on surgical specialties. There is also a surgical/endoscopy clinic and a stoma clinic.

Your Profile
You have a post-secondary education focused on administration or other education that the employer deems relevant. Good knowledge of the Office package is desirable, and you preferably have previous experience with our personnel system Heroma. Experience in schedule planning, AB §13, and scheduling is meritorious.
In the role, you demonstrate a good ability to plan your work, act proactively, and can work independently. We value that you are quality-conscious, meticulous, and structured. The work can sometimes be fast-paced, which you feel comfortable with. You take responsibility for your tasks and have a good ability to prioritize both in the short and long term. We value a good work environment and want you to be a part of it! You have a positive attitude, good collaboration skills, and an empathetic approach. Together we create the best care for our patients. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability for the position.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date according to agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. Working hours are daytime, weekdays, with the possibility of flexible hours.
