The Role of the Healthcare Administrator

You will work with medical documentation, diagnosis and procedure classification, as well as overall healthcare information management. Several development projects are ongoing in the organization where you, together with other professional roles, are an important part.

Your Future Workplace

As a healthcare administrator at the psychiatric clinic, there is an opportunity to work in both outpatient and inpatient care. The clinic's operations at Högland Hospital in Eksjö include inpatient care, emergency reception, care on call, and referral and assessment units. Our outpatient services include psychiatric clinics in Eksjö, Nässjö, Tranås, and Vetlanda. In the administrative unit, we are 21 healthcare administrators working in teams and based in the clinic's various units.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a healthcare administrator and have education in diagnosis classification. You are a good communicator in both speech and writing and have a genuine interest in healthcare and operational administration, medical documentation, digital systems, and general IT usage. Experience with the Cosmic journal system is an advantage.

To thrive in the role of healthcare administrator with us, you have a strong sense of quality, responsiveness, and flexibility. You have good collaboration skills and can plan and structure your work effectively. You enjoy working both independently and in teams, are interested in new challenges, improvement projects, and developing your professional role. Personal suitability is highly valued.
