We are now looking for a Work Supervisor for Daily Activities, Block 1, within Care for People with Disabilities (OF).
JOB DESCRIPTION
Daily activities are for people with disabilities of working age who lack employment. As a work supervisor, you are an important support, and the job involves creating a meaningful everyday life for all participants in the Daily Activities program. The work requires you to be able to plan and drive independently, but also to collaborate well with colleagues. The job also involves working according to basic hygiene routines and being familiar with all aspects of care work. Lifting, outwardly aggressive behavior, and solitary work may occur. Working hours are during the day.
QUALIFICATIONS
You are a trained nursing assistant or have an equivalent background that the employer assesses as comparable. It is advantageous if you also have formal training related to disabilities. Experience in similar work is a plus.
You have good knowledge of low-arousal approaches and sign language support, as well as a good understanding of LSS and SOL. You also have knowledge of various diagnoses within the autism spectrum and clear pedagogical methods.
You are confident in yourself, structured, creative, and have good collaboration skills. You have an inherent drive and are independent in solitary work. You have an interest in adopting new working methods and approaches while also being eager to develop and plan the program. You are flexible and can quickly adjust your planning due to changing circumstances. You are good at creating and maintaining relationships and have strong teamwork skills. The employer places great importance on personal suitability. A driving license for manual transmission vehicles is a requirement.
