About the role

At Sopra Steria, you are not just a project manager; you are a key player in our clients' success! In this exciting role, you navigate the intersection of IT and business, where your ability to inspire, lead, and create self-managing teams becomes crucial. You will drive projects of varying sizes and complexities together with engaged colleagues and clients from all over Sweden in an environment characterized by innovation and sustainability.

We are looking for someone who has previously worked with both traditional project methods and agile approaches, and who has extensive experience from implementation, development, or rollout projects within digital solutions. The role involves many points of contact, so it is important that you are comfortable managing clients, stakeholders, and other interested parties in complex environments. We also believe that you have a genuine interest in digitalization and technology, and that you share our ambition to simplify and improve people's everyday lives through innovative solutions for a sustainable and inclusive future.

• 6+ years of experience in project management within digitalization
• Experienced in driving technical deliveries and implementation projects on-site with clients
• Experience in follow-up and reporting according to established processes
• Have a business sense that makes you confident in contributing to the client's development
• Relevant higher education or university degree
• Very good knowledge of both Swedish and English

Meritorious:

• Certification in PMI, Prince2, or similar
• Previous experience as a consultant
• Industry experience from healthcare, energy, or telecommunications
