About the role

Sopra Steria is looking for an engaged Scrum Master who wants to strengthen our growing team in Stockholm. You have experience in driving agile methodologies and are passionate about digital transformation. In this role, you play a central part in helping our clients develop and achieve their goals.

As a Scrum Master, you coach our agile teams and ensure structure, pace, and continuous improvement. With your inspiring leadership, you create conditions for collaboration and clear communication between product owners, developers, and the business. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can combine structure, problem-solving, and relationship-building.

We would like you to have:

• At least three years of experience in the role of Scrum Master
• Experience in leading and coaching development teams
• Relevant higher education or university degree
• Excellent skills in both Swedish and English
• Preferred: experience as a consultant
• Preferred: technical background
