The Department of HSL and Authority HVO is part of the operational area for Health, Care, and Support, which is shared with the Department of Elderly Care. The department is responsible for decisions on interventions according to the Social Services Act and the Health and Medical Services Act.

One of our regular quality strategists will be testing the role of unit manager, and we are now looking for a replacement. RESPONSIBILITIES

The role includes responsibility for coordination, mapping, analysis, and follow-up within areas that are central to the department and, to some extent, across the administration based on the management organization. As a quality strategist, you drive and support the administration's systematic quality work and work according to the governance model. You will be led by the department manager based on the needs of the operations and will serve as support to managers in the systematic quality work. Furthermore, you will participate in and lead projects and processes for operational development across boundaries, be the system responsible for Stratsys, and coordinate the administration's work with internal control. Other tasks include investigations according to Lex Sarah and coordination and reporting of state grants.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Has relevant academic education such as a social worker or other education or experience that the employer finds equivalent.
• Is well acquainted with the legislation and regulations concerning social services work and has experience from systematic quality work within social services (according to SOSFS 2011:9).

You have the ability to analyze complex information and present it in a pedagogical way. You can structure and complete your assignments and work independently. You maintain a realistic perspective on situations and find it easy to prioritize. You are attentive, humble, goal-oriented, and responsible based on the administration's and your own assignments. You can express yourself professionally both orally and in writing and have strong communication skills and the ability to build good relationships.

You are interested in keeping yourself updated on issues related to the field, and it is important to you that the work performed has the desired effect. You see it as natural to work goal-oriented both at the individual level and from an organizational perspective.

We see that you have the ability to be attentive and unpretentious as a person with the ability to maintain a neutral approach. You are flexible and have the ability to adapt and think anew when the assignment requires it.

It is an advantage if you have completed process leader training and have a good understanding of the opportunities of digitalization. Experience in digital development projects as well as experience and knowledge in Stratsys are seen as a benefit in your work.
