RESPONSIBILITIES

We are taking the next step in IT security! Do you want to be part of the journey and drive Bolagsverket's IT security work forward?

We are looking for someone to join our IT governance unit who, together with our IT security manager and IT security specialist colleagues, will drive and follow up activities within the IT security area. The unit is part of the IT department and is responsible for ensuring that IT solutions meet the needs of the business.

We offer you an exciting and current role in our security organization. Together with our IT security manager and our IT architects, you will support other parts of the IT department in the work of system and infrastructure development. We are working towards DevSecOps, and you will be an important part of that development.

You will have an important role in both the operational and strategic IT security work. Your tasks will include leading activities as well as operational tasks within infrastructure and technology aimed at strengthening and developing IT security. You will work closely with our teams for agile system and technology development to support the IT security perspective.

Your area encompasses operations, infrastructure, applications, and architecture, as well as the models and methods used in these areas. You will also manage IT security incidents within the framework of our incident management. The role also includes handling IT security incidents within the framework of our incident management.

Bolagsverket's employees work together in our beautiful premises by the harbor in central Sundsvall. Working together allows for smooth collaboration in our daily work.

Sundsvall is a strong IT region with several authorities that we collaborate with.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this role, we see that you have the following background and competencies:

• Relevant academic IT education or several years of experience in the IT field that we consider equivalent
• Experience in technical work with IT security
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and system development within Linux, Microsoft, and open-source
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you also have experience in the following areas:

• IT technical work with IT security in larger organizations with complex technical environments
• Work with IT forensics and security testing (such as PEN testing)
• Work with security monitoring (SOC)
• ISO/IEC 27001 and 27002, MITRE ATT&CK, and other relevant standards and frameworks for the field
• Certification in areas such as SSCP, CISSP
• Powershell, GitLab, DAST, WAF.
• SAST and vulnerability scanning of IT infrastructure.
• Several years of experience as an IT security specialist

You see the big picture and have the ability to see logic and connections in complex information. Furthermore, you plan and execute your work carefully, solve problems with long-term thinking, and take initiative to achieve set goals.
