ABOUT THE POSITION

Our client is an established IT company that delivers solutions in operations, infrastructure, and support to businesses across Sweden. Here, you will be part of an engaged team of 15 people where you, as a 1st line support technician, will be the customer's first contact and a key person in creating secure and effective IT solutions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a 1st line support technician, you will handle technical issues and provide service to the company's customers to ensure a smooth IT environment. You will work with support and problem-solving via phone, email, and chat, and sometimes directly at the customer's location.

You will, for example:

  • Handle installations, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance, primarily in a Windows environment but also on various mobile platforms
  • Provide technical support within areas such as M365, Windows clients, and Windows Server, as well as work with areas like networks, firewalls, security, backup, and Active Directory
  • Ensure clear documentation of both systems and equipment
  • Maintain ongoing dialogue with both end-users and IT managers
  • Contribute to improving the overall customer experience

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has a strong interest in IT
  • Is a team player with a strong desire to help others
  • Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used in the work

It is meritorious if you have:

  • Previous experience in customer contact
  • Education in IT
  • Driving license B
