Welcome to LO KUND - an exciting department within the Swedish Social Insurance Agency where you will become an important part of our customer management. Here, you will have the opportunity to work with central and crucial tasks that form the basis for the assessment of social insurance benefits. We are active participants in the decision-making process and share information with other authorities to ensure that citizens receive the service they need.

System Development, Java, C++, Backend, Tester, and TDD

We are in a phase of expansion and are looking for more colleagues for our agile development teams. Our mission is to build and maintain socially important systems that are reliable, secure, and usable. To succeed in this, we need to strengthen several key competencies. As a system developer with us, you will work with the entire chain from requirements analysis and development to testing and maintenance. At the same time, there is an opportunity to specialize in particular areas where we have specific needs.

System Development with Java or C++

We need reinforcement from developers with expertise in C++ or Java. The work involves developing and maintaining systems with high demands for performance and robustness. Here, you will be part of a team that works both with new functionality and with ensuring long-term stability.

Technical Testing

We are also looking for testers with a technical focus who can contribute to the quality assurance of our systems. The work includes both automated and manual testing as well as developing methods to ensure that the solutions work as intended.

Requirements and Analysis

In system analysis, we are looking for someone who can translate business needs into technical solutions. The role involves analyzing requirements, modeling systems, and acting as a link between the business and the development teams.

Scrum Master

We see a need to strengthen our work with agile methods. Therefore, we are looking for a colleague who either already has experience as a Scrum Master or who is interested in eventually taking on that role. With us, you can combine the role of system developer with a responsibility to lead and support the team's work.

The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a high security awareness.

We are looking for someone who

• has a university degree or experiences and qualifications that can be deemed equivalent
• has specialist competence in system development within Java, C++, Testing, Scrum Master, requirements, and analysis
• brings innovative ideas and solutions that promote development
• acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
• collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
• has a systematic and meticulous working method
• can understand and analyze complex issues
• has good communication skills, both spoken and written
• has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is meritorious if you have

• experience in DevOps
• Confluence, Bitbucket, SQL, MobaXterm, bash
• experience with microservice solutions in OpenShift and Kubernetes
• experience with agile working methods
• experience working in a large IT organization
• experience working in public administration.

Several positions, permanent full-time, with start date by agreement. A probationary period may be applicable.
