Main Responsibilities
As a Requirements Leader, you will handle requirements based on the needs of the organization in various assignments and development projects. You will often be part of a team that together ensures that solutions and deliveries maintain good quality and where security is a vital part of the solution. You will take significant responsibility together with the team, and you are expected to take your own initiatives for the team to achieve set goals.
In the role of requirements leader, you will coordinate and conduct requirements gathering in close collaboration with the organization, developers/technicians, and external suppliers. You will work on developing the requirements area in terms of methodology and tools.

Qualifications
- Relevant university/college education in IT, or equivalent acquired experience/education that the Armed Forces considers equivalent
- Several years of work experience and good knowledge of requirements and agile working methods, processes, models, and documentation
- Several years of experience in transforming organizational needs into detailed requirements and ensuring that the requirements are clear, measurable, and feasible for development teams
- Several years of experience in conducting workshops and acting as a moderator during requirements gathering and documenting the requirements into user stories/use cases
- Several years of experience in solving problems and creating a balance between organizational needs and technical requirements
- You need to be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
Meritorious
- Experience in the role of UX Designer and driven by improving user experience in various IT systems by working with flows and user interfaces
- Certified in requirements management
- Experience with ITIL, Scrum, Kanban (approaches and methods)
- Experience in environments with very high security requirements
- Experience in complex IT environments

Other
The position is a permanent civilian employment and begins with a 6-month probationary period. The place of employment is Stockholm, with access as soon as possible or by agreement. Travel in the service occurs.
