Welcome to us

The position is placed within the Administration and IT unit, which is part of the HR, Administration, and Committee department.

We work activity-based in an open office landscape. In your role, you will collaborate and work together with the entire administration, but you will primarily work closely with DCO, ISAM, classification leaders, IT and telecommunications team leaders, and you will report your assignments to the unit manager.

"We are looking for you who see the connection between secure IT solutions and a well-functioning operation. You understand that IT security is not a hindrance but an enabler for smarter working methods, safer services, and better decisions."

We offer you good flexible working conditions, vacation exchange, wellness compensation, winter and summer working hours, and favorable occupational pension. Please read about our benefits within Stockholm City here.

We are located in modern and fresh premises at Måsholmstorget, near Skärholmen subway station, and have an activity-based working method as well as an open working climate.

Your role

We are looking for you who want to take on the responsibility for digital security in a complex IT environment and be a key person in ensuring robust IT operations and risk management within the administration. The role combines strategic and operational work where you both lead, implement, and follow up on IT security-related efforts and are advisory in the administration's digitalization journey.

You are responsible for developing and implementing IT security policies, procedures, and guidelines and ensuring compliance. You monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations such as NIS2 and security protection legislation. You handle security incidents and work proactively with ISAM on risk analyses, classification work, and information sharing within the organization.

In the role, you actively participate in external and internal IT forums, such as IT manager networks and ITUG meetings, and act as a contact person towards suppliers. You will also be involved in strategic planning, including contributing to the administration's three-year plan, as well as supporting work around AI, innovation, and digitalization. The role also includes ensuring that the administration's IT equipment functions properly.

Your responsibilities include:

  • developing, implementing, and managing the administration's work with digital security and IT security routines.
  • being responsible for the development and follow-up of secure and efficient IT operations in the IT environment.
  • conducting risk and vulnerability analyses and developing and updating governing documents, policies, action plans, and guidelines.
  • ensuring compliance with laws and regulations (such as GDPR, NIS2, etc.) and that incidents are prevented, investigated, and followed up.
  • handling security incidents and proactively working with risk management in collaboration with ISAM, Data Protection Officer, and classification leaders.
  • being responsible for ensuring that important information is shared within the organization and contributing technical expertise in the information classification work.
  • acting as an advisor in digitalization, AI, and innovation issues and supporting the operations in their technical needs.
  • participating in projects to modernize the IT infrastructure and drive development related to the administration's digital maturity and actively participating in forums such as IT manager meetings and ITUG.

With us, you will receive an independent and meaningful assignment where you contribute to secure and sustainable information management in a team with drive, collaboration, and a positive spirit.
