We are looking for a driven and structured Project Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for the delivery and implementation of Cloudwiser's services. In this role, you will work closely with our customers and ensure that their needs are met through well-planned projects, efficient onboardings, and long-term solutions. You will have a central position in the organization where you coordinate internal teams, customers, and external suppliers.

The role involves significant personal responsibility and is suitable for you who thrive in working with multiple points of contact simultaneously. You will have daily contact with customers and decision-makers, translating requirements and expectations into clear project plans and feasible solutions. In addition to new customer projects, you will also be responsible for ongoing projects and onboardings for existing customers, for example, when adding integrations or expanding services.

Your main responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and coordinate projects for new and existing customers and ensure delivery according to schedule and requirements.
• Customer Contact and Needs Analysis: Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers, conduct needs analyses, and build long-term relationships.
• Supplier Coordination: Act as the contact person and coordinate external suppliers within the projects.
• Ongoing Projects and Onboarding: Drive additions, integrations, and further development for existing customers according to plan.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure progress and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in driving projects and who is confident in taking responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery. You are used to working towards clear goals, maintaining pace, and making decisions when necessary. With a strong performance and competitive mindset, you drive the work forward, set demands on both yourself and others, and ensure that projects are delivered as planned – even when multiple projects are running concurrently.

As a person, you are structured, responsible, and solution-oriented, with a work style characterized by discipline and focus. You thrive in team-based environments where collaboration, clear roles, and shared goals are crucial, but you are also comfortable taking the lead and independently taking ownership of your projects. Many of us have a background in sports, and therefore engagement, pace, and goal focus shape our culture.
