We are currently on an exciting journey with strong growth and extensive digital transformation. We are now looking for a System Manager who will be a strategic bridge between business and technology. This role gives you the chance to be at the center of this development and drive change for future digital solutions.

About the role

As a System Manager, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and optimizing our end-to-end processes and system portfolio within the Lead to Order areas with a strong focus on CRM and our international Salesforce implementation.

You will play a central role in harmonizing processes and systems, leading integration strategies during acquisitions, and driving improvement initiatives in close collaboration with the business, the group, and external partners. This is a role with a direct impact on business efficiency and IT strategy – and it also involves many points of contact both in Sweden and internationally. You will represent Sweden in global forums and work closely with your counterparts in other countries to ensure a common direction and best practices. In this role, you will report to our IT Director in Sweden.

Your responsibilities

• Develop processes and applications within Lead to Order with a strong focus on CRM
• Identify and drive digitalization and automation initiatives
• Gather and prioritize business requirements
• Develop and maintain process and system roadmaps in line with group strategy
• Lead integration and harmonization of systems during new acquisitions
• Ensure that applications comply with regulatory and security requirements
• Budget and vendor management

We are looking for someone who has

• Relevant education
• Solid experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Extensive experience in application management and process development
• Knowledge of architecture, lifecycle management, and integration
• Experience in change management and digital transformation
• Good understanding of agile work
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
