ABOUT THE POSITION
In the role of Senior Integration Developer, you will be part of a skilled team where you constantly learn new things from each other. You will drive the design and implementation of integration solutions in transaction-intensive operations in close collaboration with your colleagues.
As an Integration Developer, you will be part of Tieto Banktech Professional Services – a department that works closely with the company's own products but also with tailored solutions for clients in banking and finance. Here, you will join a team of developers of mixed ages and experience levels, where you continuously learn from each other and together find smart and sustainable solutions.
You will work hands-on to develop robust integration solutions for transaction-intensive environments and use modern working methods such as agile methods, pipelines, and automation. In close collaboration with both colleagues and clients, you will ensure that the integrations work in practice – from payments to core banking systems. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
As a senior developer at our client, you step into a central role where you have significant responsibility for the overall assignments you are on. Your main responsibilities include:
- Driving the design and implementation of integration solutions in transaction-intensive environments.
- Collaborating closely with the team to ensure high-quality deliveries.
- Contributing to technical choices and development tools and acting as a mentor for your team, where you together explore new technologies and set the standard for high code quality.
- Automating processes and log searches for increased efficiency. You actively work with pipelines, containers (Docker), and automation to create modern and efficient development flows. They also use AI tools to optimize work.
- You take responsibility in building robust integrations and services, primarily using Java (Spring, Maven) and Python.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has at least 5+ years of experience in Integration Development, with solid experience in building robust and scalable solutions.
- You are self-sufficient in at least one of the following backend languages, such as Java, Kotlin, Node.js, Python, or C#.
- Experience with CI/CD Pipelines and containers (Docker, Kubernetes, or Openshift).
- Experience with automation.
- Familiarity with AI tools to streamline development.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Have an academic degree or equivalent experience.
It is a merit if you have
- Experience with integration frameworks or complex transaction-intensive systems.
- Experience starting projects from scratch.
